Break down of events

Arrival Day

Morning

  • Arrival of Delegates and Participants
    Delegates and industry owners begin arriving at the venue or designated hotels. Airport transfers are arranged for convenience.
  • Welcome Reception
    A casual welcome reception at the hotel or event venue for the attendees. Light snacks, coffee, and drinks are provided. This is a chance for everyone to mingle and begin networking.

Afternoon

  • Check-in and Registration
    Attendees check in, receive their badges, event materials, and exhibition schedules. A quick briefing on the event’s structure, guidelines, and facilities is provided.
  • Free Time for Settling In
    Attendees have some free time to rest or explore the city. Optional guided tours or cultural activities can be arranged for those interested.

Evening

  • Welcome Dinner & Opening Remarks
    Formal welcome dinner where key stakeholders (event organizers, government officials, or VIP guests) give opening speeches. An introduction to the exhibition’s goals, the importance of international collaboration, and an overview of the upcoming days.
  • Networking Session
    A structured networking session where attendees can exchange business cards and have informal discussions in a relaxed environment.

Exhibition Day 1 - Presentations and Product Demos

Morning

  • Opening Ceremony
    Official opening of the exhibition. A VIP speech and ribbon-cutting ceremony to kick off the event.
  • Booth Setup
    Exhibitors set up their booths and displays. They will be provided with all necessary equipment like tables, banners, projectors, etc.
  • Keynote Address
    A high-level keynote address by a distinguished industry leader or government official on international trade, global market trends, or technological advancements.

Afternoon

  • Exhibition Open to the Public
    The exhibition officially opens for business. Delegates can visit the booths to view products, attend live demonstrations, and interact with exhibitors. Presentations and product demos are happening throughout the day.
  • B2B Networking Meetings
    Pre-arranged B2B meetings take place between exhibitors and potential clients or investors. These could be 1-on-1 sessions in a designated meeting area.

Evening

  • Networking Cocktail Reception
    Informal networking event with drinks and appetizers. This allows delegates to connect with other business owners and potential partners in a relaxed environment.

Exhibition Day 2 - Panel Discussions & Continued Exhibitions

Morning

  • Panel Discussions
    Industry experts and thought leaders lead panel discussions on topics like innovation, sustainability in business, or market entry strategies in international markets. Attendees can ask questions and engage in the discussions.
  • Product Demos and Workshops
    A series of hands-on product demos or workshops led by exhibitors to give a deeper insight into their products or services.

Afternoon

  • Exhibition Continues
    The exhibition continues, with booths open for visiting. Attendees can engage with more exhibitors, view new products, and take part in Q&A sessions.
  • Roundtable Discussions
    Small group roundtable sessions, where industry-specific topics are discussed in more intimate settings. This allows for more focused networking and idea exchange.

Evening

  • Gala Dinner
    A formal gala dinner featuring entertainment and a keynote speaker. This is a high-profile event designed to foster long-lasting relationships and celebrate the success
    of the exhibition.

Departure Day

Morning

  • Farewell Breakfast
    A light breakfast for attendees. A final opportunity for networking, exchanging business  cards, and discussing potential business opportunities that emerged from the exhibition.
  • Closing Ceremony
    A brief closing ceremony where organizers thank participants, exhibitors, and sponsors. Key achievements from the exhibition are highlighted, and future events or
    collaborations are announced.

Late Morning/Early Afternoon

  • Departure
    Airport transfers are arranged for delegates to return to their home countries or cities.
    Final farewells are exchanged as business cards and contact details are shared.
  • Post-Event Feedback
    Attendees will be asked to complete a feedback form to help organizers improve future events. This can be done digitally or through physical forms at the venue.
