Terms and Conditions

Global Amicus LLC (“Agreement”) governs the attendance of all delegates (“Participants”) to events organized by Global Amicus LLC (“Events”). The information on this site is intended for general audiences and may not apply to all geographical regions. Global Amicus LLC will use reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of this site but reserves the right to modify content at any time.

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 17 years or older at the time of registration to attend Global Amicus events.

2. Registration

  • Complete details must be submitted via the official registration form at https://globalamicus.com/register.
  • Participants are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their application (e.g., dietary or accessibility requirements). Global Amicus is not liable for errors.

3. Liability

  • Global Amicus is not responsible for actions by governments or public authorities (e.g., visa denials).
  • Delegates assume all risks for their safety and property in the host city. Global
    Amicus disclaims liability for loss, damage, or injury unless caused by its gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Registration Deadlines

  • Registrations must be completed through https://globalamicus.com.
  • Delegates must provide:
    • Council/country preferences (subject to availability).
    • Package selection (Non-Accommodation, Accommodation, or Full Experience).
  • Registration phases (Early Bird, Regular, Late) have varying fees. Deadlines are final unless announced otherwise via Global Amicus’s official channels.
  • Visa support requests must be emailed to info@globalamicus.com.

5. Simulation Entity Allocation

  • Country/NGO/company assignments for simulations are made via the Global Amicus app.
  • Preferred entities are not guaranteed. If unavailable, delegates must select another option.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs on https://globalamicus.com are owned/licensed by Global Amicus LLC. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of content (including website “look and feel”) is prohibited without written permission. Delegates may print one copy of pages for personal reference.

7. Visa Policy

  • Visa support letters are issued within 14 days of request if made ≥100 days before the event.
  • Letters do not guarantee visa approval. Delegates are solely responsible for securing visas; no refunds will be issued for visa-related failures.

8. Rebranding/Name Changes

Global Amicus reserves the right to rebrand or rename events without prior notice, provided the core objectives remain unchanged. Delegates should monitor official communications for updates.

9. Payments

  • All payments must be made via https://globalamicus.com.
  • Global Amicus is not liable for payments made to unauthorized third parties.
  • Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards or wire transfers.

10. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions:
    • Credit Voucher/Transfer: Available only if:
      • Full payment is made.
      • A signed request is emailed 60+ days before the event.
    • Transfers are valid only for other Global Amicus events.
    • Partial payments (e.g., first installment) are forfeited if cancellation occurs.

Late Transfer Fees

  • 59–45 days prior: 30% cancellation fee (remaining as credit).
  • 44–30 days prior: 50% cancellation fee (remaining as credit).
